Brian has spent over 30 years in the corporate sector holding a number of different senior management roles and has experience in a wide range of areas including Finance, Marketing, Strategic Planning and Forecasting, IT database development, specialised projects and software implementation and development, Business Analysis for Profitability and Growth and Systems and Process design and implementation.

A Licensed Estate Agent as well as a Certified Practising Account Brian has operated an extremely succesfull Ray White franchise, driving the agency to be in the top 15 of all Ray White franchises for Victoria and Tasmania; as well as winning numerous awards for being the best in the region for the Ray White Group. Building the business to be a valuable asset, Brian sold the business in 2009 to focus on Business Coaching for small to medium sized businesses.
